This demonstration site includes a functional service-request form for controlled review.

Service-request information

The form collects contact details, service category, ZIP code, urgency, active-leak status, issue descriptions, scheduling preferences, consent, and optional photos. Submissions are stored as private WordPress lead records and may trigger a plain-text administrator notification.

Google Sheets delivery

When the optional Google Sheets integration is enabled, request details are also delivered to a dedicated Google Sheet as a second storage location for staff workflow. The integration sends the number of uploaded photos, not image binaries or filesystem paths.

Optional AI-assisted review

When separately enabled, an administrator may manually request AI-assisted review of selected minimized service information. Names, contact details, consent text, uploaded photos, photo URLs, internal notes, and delivery identifiers are excluded from AI input in this phase. Staff review all AI output. The assistant does not diagnose plumbing conditions, communicate with customers automatically, or change qualification, lead status, delivery state, or scheduling.

Current processing boundaries

AI-generated guidance is advisory only and no image analysis is used. Uploaded photos are not displayed publicly by the site, although standard WordPress media URLs may technically be accessible if the exact URL is known.

Hosting and technical records

The hosting platform may process technical records needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP addresses, timestamps, requested pages, browser information, and diagnostic logs.

Retention and providers

A final retention period and approved provider list have not been established for this demonstration.

Owner and legal review

This notice requires owner and legal review before the system is reused for a real client or production service operation.
